ACADEMIES
Performance+ athletes train twice per week, while Development+ athletes train once per week and Hybrid+ athletes train once a month. All tiers include supplemental resources like at-home workouts to keep progress steady.
Absolutely! I regularly evaluate athletes progress through our Performance Reviews and coach observations, helping determine when they're ready to move up or change focuses.
Each month, athletes in Performance+ receive a brief evaluation covering skill development, basketball IQ, and progress toward individual goals. Coach provides clear next steps and targeted drills athletes can practice at home.
IQ Labs are scheduled once per month for Development+ and Performance+ athletes and are designed to boost basketball IQ, decision-making, and game awareness. Exact dates are shared in advance each month, and attendance is built into your academy schedule to complement on-court skill development.
Academy memberships can be paid as a one-time upfront payment for the season or in monthly payments. We make it simple and secure for busy families.
We understand schedules change. Memberships can be canceled with advance notice only in cases of season-ending injury or illness, and we offer a pro-rated refund for the remaining weeks of the term.
Pricing varies by program type. Academy memberships offer the best value for consistent training, while drop-ins sessions are available. Details are listed on each program page.
TRIAL SESSION
Absolutely! Trial sessions are a great way for athletes to experience our coaching, group environment, and training style before committing to a full program. If you sign up, the cost of the session will be applied to the academy cost.
Athletes will experience high-quality coaching, skill development drills, live play, and feedback just like our regular sessions. Its a chance to see how we develop skills, IQ, and confidence on the court.
Yes! Trial sessions are live group sessions, so athletes should have some basketball experience and review the session description before signing up. This ensures theyre ready to keep up with the pace and get the most out of their session.
